**Important info when commissioning**> All ASSETS must be bought for me by the commissioner under my info so I have commercial use to use said asset on your commission.> I am NOT obligated to use my own money to provide assets you want on an avatar.> Unless you have bought the assets for yourself as well you DO NOT have any rights to use the asset for yourself outside the commission. You do NOT have permission to download the assets in question.> I DO own my own library of assets I have COMMERCIAL rights to. If you would like to see what I can provide that fits your commission, please let me know BEFORE the commission starts.>The base model I will be editing has to be a model I ALREADY OWN, have BOUGHT FOR ME, or have EXPLICIT PERMISSION FROM THE CREATOR that I can edit said avatar without owning it.> I am NOT obligated to reach out to the creator on your behalf, please DM them yourself and provide my discord information or carrd for them so they can reach out if needed.**If you would like to know if I own a specific model, please ask.**

By agreeing to these terms you agree to follow these rules and if you fail to do so will have action taken against you, including but not limited to; Public Blacklisting, DMCA's, reports, lawsuits, etc.**1. Payment & commission policy**
> I require a 30% down payment before I start a commission just so I do have your commitment to the commission. No exceptions.
> You MUST provide explicit proof of a creator giving me permission to edit the avatar if this step is needed.
> You MUST provided proof of purchase of the avatar I will be editing. AND assets (if needed).
> You MUST give me a DETAILED explanation on what you want, any additions/changes that are to be made after the agreed point will add on to the price to my discretion.
> You MUST state whether or not you would like the package, upload or both. If you do not read this and tell me you want an upload later on it WILL add to the price.**3. Reserved rights**
> Please do not waste my time, and please do not rush me. I am a human, I will try to get your commission done at my own pace. If you are not comfortable waiting for long periods of time. DO NOT commission me.
> I will not provide any commissions that I am not comfortable with.
> I will NOT tolerate rudeness, slander of any kind towards myself when commissioning me. I have the right to revoke your commission. If I have not done any work I will provide a refund. If I’ve already started on the avatar, I will send you the work I’ve done and the 30% down payment will NOT be refunded.
> I am NOT responsible for any future update that may break your avatar.4. **Breaking Rules**
> My commissions are NOT allowed to be shared to anyone else, and are NOT allowed to be made public.
> You are required to follow the TOS of any asset/model creator you have bought regarding this commission.
> I will not provide commissions for those who are caught ripping/leaking avatars. I will not do a commission with stolen products or assets.**5. Extra Info**
> If you are using the commissions to stream, or gain any monetary value. Please follow the creators rules, along with crediting me for my work.
> I will DM you with updates, I will let you know when I am finishing the avatar up, if you do not tell me any changes you want before that point, I will add additional costs.**The Terms of Service is subject to change and customers will have to make sure to follow the most recent one at all times. > The commissioned assets and pricing associated with the commission process is for private use. For commercial use, message cockwee#5331 directly.
> To secure a commission slot you will need to pay a $10-$25 deposit to ensure you are serious about the commission. In the instance of being unable to finish your commission your deposit may or may not be refunded depending on the amount of work done.
> The payment is due before the commission has been finished, once payment is received files will be distributed.
> Should you/I decide to cancel the commission at any point, the payment will be equivalent to the work that was already spent on it.
> Fixes/Changes to a commission after it has been finished that are due to a mistake on my part will be adjusted free of charge.
> TAT(Turn around time) is at least 3-6 months. Yes I know it's long but I do also work full time IRL, sorry.**2. Sharing policy**
> The assets made are not to be distributed and/or shared in any way, unless stated otherwise, private use only.
> This includes but is not limited to: no sharing of the actual package and/or files inside the package (also not for others to work on it unless approved), no uploading/making it available to any platform for any other person but yourself (This also means that only uploads marked as private to your own account are allowed).
> The assets made/distributed are not to be sold in any kind of way, unless stated otherwise.**3. Reserved rights**
> I reserve the right to decline a commission request.
